Highly recommend this florist. The customer service at Floret is outstanding. I'm overseas and ordered flowers online for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately she wasn't home when they were delivered, but Floret went out of their way to make sure she received them on her birthday. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful. Special thanks to Maddy for making it all happen and contacting me so promptly.

Visited this afternoon after calling other florists and been told that I needed to pre-order. Having worked all day I was concerned that I wouldn’t have suitable bunch of flowers for Valentines but the girls while busy (been Valentines Day) took the time to help and make up a bunch which my wife loved. The shop itself is tucked away in Brookfield Plaza and is a hidden gem selling all things flowery and smelly. Highly recommend.

I am using my husbands account to post this review. We had to organise a wedding in 2 weeks due to my mum being sick and everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Due to it being last minute I didn't have high expectations but they were absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and the owner even came over on a Sunday to set them up for me. I can't recommend them enough. Sheena.

These guys are truly amazing! They always make the most beautiful bouquets, and always happy to accommodate. They are out local but I would happily walk across the city for their services <3 Today is out last day in the office and they gave us such a warm send off we felt very special. I bought the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my great aunt who I haven’t seen since pre-covid. They were perfect.

My husband spent his hard earned $ to send me flowers for my Birthday and they send me the worst roses you can think ! Roses are wilted and obviously its not fresh . Tryed to contact them to resolve the problem but not luck ! Don't use this company.

Ordered 2 bouquet of flowers for Valentines. Recipients loved the flowers especially the rose. Look at the colour of the rose, no edit. Only thing is they don't deliver on weekends (and valentine falls on Sunday).
