I had a couple of incidents in my car and needed the front and rear bumper and a quarter panel replaced. Matt got me in sooner than most places near the city could, did a few little things just to make my car look less smashed up while I was waiting, made sure I had a courtesy car when they had to shift the date of my job unexpectedly, and they did a really great job. I was kept informed of the progress and they went out of their way to make life easier for me. Great, honest, hardworking business. Can’t recommended them enough!

I lodged a claim with RAC and received a call to quote my claim. I told the lady it was no longer needed and she asked me to cancel the claim so it would go out of her system. I did that same day with RAC but appears it did not go through. The lady called me again today and I told her the claim has been withdrawn and the service is no longer needed.
The lady very very rudely replied that the claim was still visible. I asked her to call RAC to clarify as I did withdraw the claim to which she replied "NO THAT IS NOT MY JOB THAT IS YOURS"
Really? I am the client and is my "JOB"????????
I told her I've done my part and I don't know what she wanted me to do so she hang up on me.

If you are looking for good customer service DON'T GO THERE

Vickey was very prompt with her responses to my queries, and Matt was an absolute gem of a person to deal with especially in an industry where customer service doesn't get a good rep to begin with.

Brought my car in for an accident repair and Matt's team not only repaired the main issue but went out of their way to fix up a minor unrelated issue the car was having.

I banged my car up pretty bad. Needed new, drivers door, new rear passenger, front fender, rear quarter panel, side step and sill. Matt and the team done a great job and it looks brand new. Great customer service and communication. If any of my friends need body work or painting done I'll be sure to recommend them. Awesome job guys! Thank you 👍🏻
