Outstanding service! I spoke to Jenny this afternoon for some advice about my elderly cat who is on long term steroid use for Lymphoma. I was expecting I'd have to make an appointment to see Jenny which I was dreading because it is so difficult to get my cat to co-operate, she just doesn't handle visits to the vets very well anymore. Jenny was very polite and genuinely interested in helping me with my questions and concerns. Thank you Jenny I really appreciate it.

My experience with Jenny turned me away. She turns sick cats away, saying she cannot see them if they're "too sick". Sorry, are you not a Vet? She contested what I had to say far too much. She has no bedside manner. No warmth. And no team to work with her to ensure the best possible care for the animal. I am all for the academic skills she has and her views on a more natural approach, however too much else is lacking for it to ever be a wholesome, two-way, trusting relationship.

I've taken all three of my dogs here to get their teeth fixed. The whole thing was seamless, it wasn't that expensive and my dogs are all tickety boo now! So I'm very happy, so are the dogs. Very good veterinarian!

Renee and Brendon are a lovely friendly and caring couple at The Glen Vet. Their love of animals comes through strongly as they deal with their patients. Our dog took an immediate liking to them and obviously felt very comfortable. That to me is such a good indicator. Thanks team- see you next time!

My pets (2 dogs and a cat) have had the greatest care at The Glen Vet. Renae and Brendan are a great team and I feel so lucky they are my local vet. It’s a beautiful family practice which is rare these days. They really care for animals and it’s clear our pets love them. Renae’s experience and knowledge is abundantly clear and she really take time to explain options. Prices are also reasonable. Hands down the best vet in Brisbane!

Hands down one of the best vets I’ve been to. The couple who own it are lovely, show great care and attention whilst being fairly priced. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I took a pet there for a friend (who had spend a lot of money at this place) and they demanded money before I left and refused to offer any 'grace period' for a 'long term client' (ie Friday afternoon to Monday) they quoted things like "we have been ripped off before? and this has happened to us before ? " these people are 'money hungry' and if this is the way they treat long term clients ? like as if 'they are going to be 'ripped off' by 'long term clients ' .
Then they asked me to 'pay' ? (basically demanded ) .
I found them rude and demanding I will never recommend this practice to anybody .
My suggestion is they place a sign in the window CASH ON DEMAND and WE WILL DEMAND !
Pathetic they should not be in business in my opinion, how peoples attitude changes when it comes to DEMANDING MONEY ! "how to destroy long term relationships in 10 minutes" Absolutely pathetic !
