Greencross Vets Moorooka

İt was our first visit to Greencross Vets for our beautiful kitten. They are located at the main intersection at Moorooka just near the Woolies. They have easy access to their place. Car park available for the clients from side street. Inside the clinic is very clean and tidy. Nurse lady was very kind and helpful to us and Cleo. Doctor Simon had a quick check to our kitten and did injection. They care us very well. They are highly recommend definetly if you need to see a vet for your pets. Thanks for your kindness.

Vet was lovely and said she couldn't conduct a health check on my cat due to him swiping and hissing. So she sold me 3 tablets to zen him out and said to book for 6 months time so she can do a health check then. She did his vaccine and that was it.
I went to pay and was told it would be $136.90 for his health check, zen tablets and vaccine. I asked the receptionist why I was being charged a health check when the vet didn't do one and I have to come back in 6 months after drugging him for a health check.
Receptionist said she didn't know and would check. Next minute a rude male comes out (Shaun I think I heard a customer call him) doesn't introduce himself, doesn't say hello just says "that's the cost". I explained to him the vet said no health check was done, she sold me tablets to zen him out for 6 months time so she can do a health check. He said "we tried to check him but he swiped, so you still pay that fee, and if you want to come again in 6 months that is your choice".
If you are going to speak to customers that are purely going off what the vet told them how about you have some respect and manners. Overcharged and disrespected is not what I expected from a receptionist and a guy brought from the back. So rude!

Dr Esther is a god-send! Esther has been wonderful dealing with the many health issues that my beloved cat has been dealing with; Esther is thorough, dedicated, caring and attentive - everything you would want in a Vet. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Can not praise Dr Mitzi enough. She is thorough in her approach, professional, kind and empathetic towards her patients. I have two elderly cats with multiple health diagnosis and I feel they are very safe in her hands. The nurses and receptionists are also friendly and helpful to ensure a good service each time. Thanks Dr Mitzi! Myself, Diesel and Meeka appreciate the care and treatment each visit !

This was the 1st time I visited here & I was warmly welcomed. The vet was so lovely, she really cared for my little house panther! She was very attentive, listened to what I said & asked lots of questions. Very thorough & caring. Thank you for looking after my kitty.

I am always happy with the service I receive from Greencross Vets at Moorooka ( & other in other clinics interstate while travelling). They Vets and staff always very caring and gentle and offer excellent advice. I love the online booking system too. I think the healthy pets plus membership is a lifesaver as it allows my cat to get the treatment she needs when I otherwise could not afford it.

Everyone is so friendly & helpful. Pricing is very reasonable. They truly care for your pets health and well being. My pup loves his visits. Thank you to the team, you guys are doing a great job 😊🙏
