I challenge people to try and get through to the Larapinta branch all you will hear is the Toyota Material Handling Jingle over and over again, and if anyone actually picks up the phone and answer it it will be a miracle,
I had to ring 4-5 times before I could receive a response about our forklift being repaired and then left several messages with no response,
and yes you guessed it they will not be invited to quote for our new forklift WORST SERVICE EVER

Staff are friendly premises we're extremely clean didn't take long to achieve objectives

We had our SKD8 droped off to have some work done, had to open an account which is fair enough.
Just found out that is been sitting around with nothing at all being done about it no job has been logged in their system. And aprently we don't have an account so they would not have done anthything to it anyway. Even though we have the account approval. TMH that i spoke to couldn't realy care less so now i have to pay to have it picked up and serviced somewhere eles. Worst service Experience possible and costly for absolutely nothing

The only way to talk to someone is just keeping calling no stop 8-10 times. Don't bother leaving messages they will never call you back. It will cost you about 1h of hold time listening to the Toyota Materials Handling tune.
