The team at FabSigns did an excellent job of our door decal for our new office. I haven't had to organise signage before this so I was hesitant and unsure of what to ask for. The team were great at communicating and answering any questions i had. The artwork they provided really helped me to visualise the signage before printing. On top of this, I looked at a number of other companies and FabSigns pricing was the best out of all them.

Disappointing outdoor LED sign, 3yr ago and today is all rusted. Suddenly 3yr later, SMS from 'Fabsigns' ask me to leave a review, and SMS says reply STOP to cancel, but you can't reply to the SMS!! And I never subscribed in the first place! Hence the real reason for the review... I hate unsolicited SMS!!

As you were so busy, it took a little while, but our complex house numbers look great, as does our entry signage; a good experience with great people.

Delivery took months to get over the line.
The wrong phone number was added. The sign was misspelled. The artwork was not what was requested in the brief.
When it was bought up to the owner, the response was unprofessional.

So far I have seen nothing but incredible service, and a team who are all too happy to help.

We originally needed some signage taken down from our old office, our usual sign guy was MIA, so I reached out to Fabsigns, they had a date sorted for us within the hour, no issues at all. On the day they came out and got the job done quickly and professionally.

We decided to shift our business over to them for the new signs and Mark and Jess have been sensational, despite I am sure both of them wanting to pull their own hair out. They have worked closely with me to make sure I am aware of how the signs will look, and the best positioning for them.

There are no dubious or misleading tactics being used in contracts as some other reviews suggested, they are very clear and upfront about costs and expectations, a person's inability to understand a contract is not the business' fault.

I look forward to doing more work with Mark and the team, and if you are looking for a great signage solution give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
