Subway

I visited your store this morning at about 9.30am and was waiting patiently for about 10 minutes while the 1 girl was assisting others with their food. As she was wrapping up their order, she turns to me and said "Sorry but we won't have any bread available for about another 20 minutes". I walked out.

My complaint is 1, the branch is open so why isn't there any bread available and 2, why was my 10 minutes wasted when this could have been said as I entered the premises. Being that my wife and I are on holiday here from another state with our 3 kids who are screaming at me for Subway brekkie, this inconvenience could have been avoided at the initial greeting when I entered and also having better preparation for the days trade ahead.

“Sauce On the side” means “the top piece of bread in a sandwich”. You should remember when you order.

I ordered falāfil. No good..

May as well of just had a bread roll from coles. Paid $14 for a foot long when the fillings wouldn’t even been enough for a 6 inch. Been eating subway long enough to know how much would normally be on a sandwich. Worst subway I’ve been to. Reading the other comments I don’t think much will change but hopefully this will help others from being ripped off.

Staff were quick with making the orders, unfortunately this meant that they did not listen to my request on how I wanted it made. Ended up sloppy with ingredients not equally spread out.
I paid and left as they seemed too busy to want to see my disappointment.
Ingredients were fresh, but the "artist" in the term "sandwich artist" should be used loosely.

This store does need a good clean, from the front door to the floor behind the counter, also the prep areas are messy and the glass needs a good shine. Have a look at what customers see and give everywhere a good scrub to meet health department standards. Staff were friendly

We were in very early so we had to have bread from yesterday still tasted great though. As for atmosphere? It's a subway there isn't any.

Not sure 4 spinach leaves, two slices of tomato, two slices of capsicum and a few carrots warrants a $10 bill for a 6 inch Italian BMT! Worst value for money in a long time. Oh and the slapping of the roll on the counter when done wasn't really necessary either. I think the store needs to address their customer service and quality of food being served!

Wow, I bought this 12 inch Teriyaki Chicken, I was suppose to get, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cheese, Onion, Olives, Pickles and Cucumber, However I got Jalapeños and about 5 Pickles no Olives, 3 pieces of Tomato, and 5 Spinach Leaves and a lot of sauce... Worst Subway Sandwich EVER... Not HAPPY
