Subway

the cookies were delicious and the staff there were very nice. they gave us a free cookie because one of them was broken! will definitely come back :))

The food quality is fine. The people preparing the sandwiches are friendly.
But follow your sandwich in the process of preparation as they may mix it with other’s orders. Yes, it happened to me 2 times. I ordered something and got something else. Poor other people who got my extra hot sandwich.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this subway. All of the times I have ordered, the orders have been wrong or the food has been cold. There is absolutely no accountability with the staff. It is honestly not that hard to read and order and take the time to make it correctly. Seriously order at this subway if it is the last thing opened in your local area.

Ordered 2 toasted meatball footlong subs and a double choc cookie.

Both subs were ice cold, as if they were just pulled out of the fridge, the cheese wasn't melted at all, even though we saw the subs go into the toaster oven.

We also got the wrong cookie

This subway does not have all the ingredients most of the time. I ordered subs tonight on the app and when someone arrived to pick them up, 1.5hrs before closing time, they found out that they had run out of bread. So not a single sub for us, despite ordering at 7pm. Not ordering here again.

Sadly I didn’t have a good experience this evening. Staff were very unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. All 4 of our subs were made so messy and with no care. We were being really friendly to staff and they wouldn’t even reply to us. For the price we paid, our subs were skimpy and so messy. Staffing needs a massive improvement. :( disappointed as I am a local

Absolutely amazing customer service and great tasting too!! Logan the lovey young man who served me was incredibly kind and just a all round super star. could not recommend this place enough !!!

Firstly and for mostly don't bother trying to contact the store directly by phone they never Answer the phone nor do they reply to their answering machine messages
In regards to delivery options this store is not ideal to have items delivered from as hot items always arrive cold and cold arrive hot
There are always missing items from the the order
The cookies in recent orders have tasted as if they weren't baked long enough
In prior orders I have received subs squashed by the drinks in the bag
In Hindsight it seems all common sense has gone out the window you have to spell it out In capital levels
