Damaged the seal of my drivers side window via shoving of their business card between glass and seal. When contacted about the problem they didn’t care as they only care that i was parked there past a certain point of time ( i also work at said business to boot and have had confrontations with their “employees about this fact as well”).
Will be making a formal complaint via police and ombudsman about their vandalism.

Can I give negative stars? Disgusting company with fraudulent claims and falsified information. I will never be returning to the premises or visiting the facilities again due to these scum. Steer clear at all costs.

Absolute idiot representing this company, do not even park here, they are thieves after your money.

I email them regarding this matter they said I did not have to pay but I have been watched a number of times going off site. How creepy is this.

Booked and paid for the parking correctly. The app used was buggy and may have incorrectly issued the wrong parking bay number (lessons learnt to take screenshot next time).
ParkPay issued a fine, however I disputed stating that the booking process was followed correctly. To resolve this, they deducted the initial parking fee to the fine lol.

I feel that the parking fine reviewer is more focused on robbing the customers than actually considering that long tenure of the customer using their parking. Very unfortunate!

Horrible people. I get they give out tickets for people who park there then hope on the train but I work in Woolworths and was told by staff don't pay the tickets. Got a letter in the mail about it so I tried calling them to get it sorted and I got yelled at by the employee told it's not their problem that I am stupid enough to take other people's advise. That is no way to treat someone who is trying to sort it out.

They don't care that you have had to wait for for ages for your drs to see you, how is that the patient's fault if they are kept waiting??
What are you going to do, just up & leave because you have been there longer than what they say the parking limit is, I don't think so, especially if you have had to wait to see a particular dr or specialist for months!
Revenue raising a**holes!
