Motorama Mitsubishi at Moorooka has a very welcoming and helpful team. I was helped specifically by George who was an all round top notch bloke. George helped me with decision making by using his knowledge to provide me with clear and comprehensive answers. I had been to a few other car yards where I had received a mixed welcoming but after we were approached by George it felt like I was being taken seriously. George's colleagues were also constantly checking up with me while George was organising paperwork to make sure that all my needs were met which made me feel very comfortable. The service was fantastic and I now proudly drive my first new car knowing I had a very positive experience.

Had a very positive experience at Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka. Our sales agent Will was great, and then George helped with the entire delivery process. George was very patient with all the questions and great to talk to. I was impressed by the amount of work put in to ensure my delivery was smoothly done. Excellent service, thoroughly professional staff. Very impressed.

I received a text the day before my car was due for a service to ask if I had time to talk to someone about the value of my car and future vehicle costs whilst my car was being serviced but no one spoke to me.
When my service was completed I noticed that there was white dust all over my dashboard and radio etc. They hadn’t wiped down my dashboard after cleaning my air filter I assume.
After my service I received a text to see if I was happy with my service and I replied no, again no contact again.
I would have expected better customer service.

The whole team at Motorama were very helpful in the purchase of our vehicle. They attended to some small details we requested with no problems and the car was presented like a new vehicle even though it is 5 years old. We were very impressed with the whole process and would highly recommend Alan and the team.

I'm happy to say I had a 10/10 experience with the team at Motorama when I bought my Honda Odyssey. I knew what I was looking for, had done my research & visited the car yard on my own to inspect a potential vehicle to buy. I was used to being treated with a certain bias by sales people who made assumptions about a woman turning up to buy a car on her own. Im happy to say that the Sales Manager, Alan was fantastic. He was approachable, respectful & caring during my dealings with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He genuinely sought to fully understand what I needed & was happy to answer questions honestly & openly. Stacey & Marnie in the Finance team were equally as excellent. They took the time to fully understand my needs & requirements for a suitable loan. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into any decision by any of the team. They were relentless in finding & securing me the best deal for my circumstances. Genuinely caring & very skilled at what they do. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Motorama & I look forward to seeing them again to have my car serviced.
