Needed to replace my front door lock, wanted to use a different lockset than ones they had in stock. This was no problem at all for Ben, he looked up the model and ordered it in. It arrived and he came out to install it as scheduled and was in and out in half an hour. Price was fair and service exemplary, as such I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I called and asked for a car replacement key (with an electronic chip), because the old key was worn out and didn't start the car. They told me to come over, made a new key, moved the old chip over, all done in 10 minutes. Very reasonable price. Excellent service.

After 11 years of use something snapped inside our lock and we could not get onto our verandah. Matt came quickly at the time we arranged and he replaced the lock and another dodgy lock that had also been playing up for us. As well, he re-aligned our security doors ensuring that they moved smoothly and accurately on the rollers. He was very thorough and responsive. Thankyou!

I contacted David out of desperation with an urgent, almost impossible job and he was on site in less than an hour with the lock open. Probably the best customer service I have ever had - I highly recommend these guys.

Every time I call there is some lazy drop kick on the phone where everything is too hard. Lazy unprofessional unpleasant unreliable and completely useless. Go anywhere else because when you need them they couldn’t be bothered to help.

Big Thanks to Pat and the Team at Rivercity Locksmiths. Needed an urgent lock / key replacement on Saturday - called at 10am explaining it was urgent as we were fully booked Saturday evening.
They were able to have some out here by 1.30pm and the locks replaced for 2pm check in for guests going to a wedding.
As usual excellent customer service and always easy to deal with - the only place to call in the western suburbs.

Went in to get a couple of motorcycle keys cut and the guys here did a fantastic job. I was happy they had the blanks because earlier, I had tried mr minit but they couldn't help. Not only did these guys provide good service, they were well priced too. Both cut keys worked perfectly so couldn't be happier.

I was very unlucky to lock myslelf outside of my house but very lucky to have Josh helped me opened my door. He was very professional and attentive. If you have a look at the picture, the top lock is the old one and the bottom lock is the one Josh replaced. He was very patient and went extra mile to get a gold plated lock for me to match the door. I was super happy with Josh and would definitely recommend him to anyone who need a professional locksmith like Josh. He is not your average locksmith but one of the best in Brisbane!
