Great service. Really good knowledge on products. Wayne was really proffessional. When we rang he didn't have the product but was really quick in ordering it in and making sure it was ready for pickup the next day. Highly recommend.

Wayne solved my key cutting issue when I had an old key. I had it cut elsewhere and it didn’t work but Wayne provided a solution for me so that I didn’t need to waste time & money if it didn’t work. Lucky it did😁

We used KGB for some lock replacements at our business. The team we very accommodating and understanding of our needs. They explained a few different options and helped tailor a solution to suit our requirements. We recently needed extra security keys cut so we emailed the office. they responded promptly, letting us know what the required to action the request. Within 24 hours, we have the keys we ordered.

Big shout out to Paul with KGB security. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and helpful. Any problems with locks or security make sure you call these guys first. Don't waste your money with other companies like I did. I'm a very happy customer.

Absolute awsome service rang to enquire about a screen door key that had broken into 2 pieces took it in to see Wayne whom I'd spoken to earlier had a key cut took it home perfect fit hadn't even charged me for key came in the next day to get 2 more cut,highly recommended Wayne would be the man to see very professional & a legend keep up the good work.
