Asked this company to install a rebate kit for the door lock for double doors. The technician installed it but after seeing the door couldn’t close properly, said he did what I asked for and wouldn’t do any more.

Had to call Fallons Solutions to adjust the rebate kit at extra cost. He chiselled a few mm from the door so the rebate kit would align.

So, they’ll literally do what you ask but won’t do that little bit more to make sure your door actually closes!

The premises are a bit hard to find, but once you find them it's easy to remember. It's clearly signed but there's other businesses signed as well so it's a little hard to spot on the first visit. Try accessing from Northgate Road and turning into Old Toombul Road, as access from Spiers Street is actually only for vehicles leaving the car park, it''s better to park in front of the shop if they are going to program your vehicle.

Reason I give them five stars is because they helped me with a question I had about my car, their helpfulness guided me in the right direction, so the least I could do is write a decent review for them. I recommend for friendly staff who get the job done for a very reasonable price - all key repair prices they quoted me seemed unbeatable.

I ordered keys online only to find that they didn't work so whilst I was down in Brisbane for a couple of days I took the keys with my vehicle to get the problem sorted to there place of business the young bloke from there auto section came out to see me and was very pleasant and helpful in every way he sorted the problem out in a very professional manner and got me back on my way home overall the service of this company is second to none would gladly use them again

Kawasaki motorcycle key got cut well. They paid attention to detail and did a good job. I was served straight away and was gone in 10 minutes.

Rang for a quote at 3pm. Advised of a reasonable approx cost and he also added that for an after hours job to 'add about $130'. Seemed fair. Told me they would confirm the price with the after hours person when he started. No response. Rang back at 630pm and got the after hours person. Said I rang earlier for a quote. Straight away told me that for a Saturday job, whatever I got quoted earlier to double it....without even knowing what the quote was! Queried it based on my initial call - he snapped back, 'they don't set my rates'. Greedy and arrogant p*ick - so he ended up with nothing except a bad review. Took my business elsewhere - suggest others do the same.

A fantastic service. Thank you for helping me with a very tricky door lock. I will most certainly be using this company again soon!!!

These guys are legendary. Presented my car with the boot jammed shut and the boot release or key not working. The guys went above and beyond to get it open, then made me a key up to suit so this never happens again. Extremely grateful for your efforts.
