Submitted an online request, received a phone call to confirm details of the service and Juan explained the process, what to expect and approximate pricing which I found so helpful. The level of service on the day was fantastic, all done within an hour or so and the outcome was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I booked my carpet cleaning three months ago to be cleaned today I never received any confirmation so I followed up with them a month ago to which they confirmed they would be at my residence by 7am for carpet cleaning. I called them 6 times and had no reply, they never showed up or even called me to give me any notice for any inconvenience. I booked a different carpet cleaner and texted them not to come to which they replied 30 minutes later that they had “maintenance issues” and were going to contact me to rebook. Extremely unprofessional, definitely wouldn’t recommend.
