A soap dispenser is provided that dispenses 4 washes worth of powder for 40c (2x20c) but you will need something to put the excess in if you want to as only a few plastic cups are provided.

There are a good amount of machines available and they seem to work reasonably well.

There can be some very loud locals hanging around outside too so you might order to go for a walk while you wait until your things are done rather than waiting there but that depends on your preference.

All in all a very average experience.

No change machine so make sure you bring coins. With the dryers you'll get 8 minutes per dollar. Limited parking out front but plenty at the rear. No problem with the machines.

It'll do. I wouldn't leave my things washing without supervision though. While I was waiting an obvious junkee strolled through from the back door (there's a car park back there). It was only about 6-6:30 pm. Otherwise, there are a couple of big front loaders and a coin op detergent machine. Limited parking out front and in back.

We put too much money in to dry our blanket and the dude working gave us our money back. You are awesome (whoever you are! Hope you enjoyed my singing when me and my man were singing thinking no one was there 😂)

Updating this review because 10 years later, I did go back! The place has changed hands since my first bad experience and everything is now nicely automated; the machines can all be operated by phone, no coins necessary.

Cant complain. Its always open 24/7, its always clean and tidy. Only $2 to use the dryers for 13 minutes

Clean and very well equipped to handle small, medium and mega loads (great for king size duvet). There is everything you need for your personal washing and or drying needs. Courtesy usb to charge your devices while enjoying free WIFI and the machines do all the work also a tv to watch. Takes gold coins or a quick sign up and debit/credit card payment from your smart phone that provides tax invoices for business, couldn't be easier. 😀
