This place is incredible. I had a dress which i needed taking in on very short notice for my university graduation and these ladies were amazing. They not only did an incredible job but got it done by my deadline squeezing my job in even though they were busy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Unfortunately, I had a very appalling experience with these guys. Phoned up regarding pricing, then when I came in to drop off my suit and etc, they upped the price instead of charge what was discussed on the phone. Not friendly. Quality of cleaning was not to my satisfaction either. Have not returned back since. Definitely, saving approximately 30% more of my funds and by going else where. Have not looked back since.

Wayne was professional, responsive and personally attended to us. My partner's wedding dress came back boxed up nicely and clean. Highly recommend the customer service!

We send all of our dry cleaning to Blue Line Dry Cleaners. Wayne and the team are always so lovely. Special shout-out to Wayne for cleaning our curtains and making them white again. That was not an easy job! Much appreciated!!!! Highly recommend these guys! Leah & Aron

Dropped off a coat to be cleaned. They did a great job in a short timeframe (3 day turnaround), with clear communication and expectations.

Avoid!! Appalling service! I took three dresses in to be altered and was told to come back in a week. Got there a week later only to be told she hadn’t done them. A phone call to save me a trip would’ve been nice. Was told another week. Called a few times only to be told they weren’t done each time. Finally got a call A MONTH later to say they’re ready for pick up. When I got them home, I noticed she’d put elastic in the waist of one of the dresses - three identical dresses but for some weird reason she decided one of them needed elastic?? I called back and she insisted I had requested it. Kept calling me “love” like some passive aggressive bogan and never once apologised or showed any remorse for making my whole experience stressful and upsetting. The stitching on one of the dresses is showing from the outside too so I’m really questioning the quality. I hope it doesn’t come undone.

Price list is reasonable but the quality of finish is also mediocre. That’s ok for every day clothes.

One star because the lady at the cashier is one of those annoying ones that chat with customers endlessly when there’s another customer waiting in line.

I’m assigning partial credit to this business for a successful job interview 😀. Top quality work with attentive customer service! It had that local run vibe as opposed to a robotic commercial operation.
