MBQ Autobody - Mercedes-Benz Brisbane

I have personally experienced the 1st class service at MBQ Autobody. From start to finish the job was handled very professionally, makes having an accident much less stressful. The completed work was excellent and I would highly recommend this business if you ever need their services.

Dropped my wife's navy blue van in to have hail damage fixed. Picked up the car today and the vehicle is absolutely immaculate. Paintless repair of hundreds of dents on the roof and bonnet. It looks better than the day is came off the showroom floor. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I don’t know about their workmanship that’s yet to be determined but my car has been in the shop for 2 months after an accident. I don’t receive any updates whatsoever regarding progress. When I call to enquire it takes days to get any updates or phone calls back Really poor customer service and not what I expected from Mercedes Benz at all. Disappointed.

Well over due, was meaning to post a review months ago. My experience with MBQ was absolutely exceptional, from start to finish the service was brilliant. Travis was incredible, a true knowledgeable professional. I was constantly updated with all relevant detail throughout the process. Over and beyond is a understatement.. I also must express my appreciation to the remainder of the team as the final product and workmanship was second to none. I'm so pleased I was referred to this company..

so far good service. just insurance bit troublesome. I have to pay upfront and claim layer but it's not their issue.

Peter saved me a lot pain and money by identifying a fault before it turned catastrophic and I hadn't even spent any money there yet. Came in to replace a wheel well liner but he identified a significant camber problem that multiple tyre shops had failed to see. I cannot speak to the quality of their work directly but this interaction fills me with confidence of their abilities.
