Reasonably priced, good place to get computer related tech. Wish they would bring back ordering in shop rather than needing to place an order at least an hour ahead of time

Bought a Philips 27in FHD VA 144Hz FreeSync Gaming Monitor (272E1GAJ) from here. Easy to navigate website. Friendly and courteous call centre staff and front counter. Also, great value for money on their products. Will definitely visit again.

Saturday afternoon our computer failed and I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to buy replacement parts. Checked online and Umart Chermside is open Sundays.
The website is usable and the sections are easy to find. The filters allow you to quickly see which items are in-stock at Chermside and which would take a day longer to be delivered from the Milton store.
10.30 Sunday morning I was instore collecting the order I placed the night before.
The store needs cleaning and painting and the displays are a few boxes or old products for the sake of putting something out.
If it doesn't have the foot traffic to warrant a proper setup of various computers and monitors, it would be better to clear out the shelves, bracket some large screens on the walls and play product demo videos.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive but there isn't really a great deal of competition so just be grateful you have Chermside Umart.

Absolutely love going through Umart for all my computer needs. But their courier service Aramex is just atrocious, really wish they would change to a better company
