My wife’s Apple Play was having errors and the fantastic Andrew @ DriveSound said ‘ just call in and we can have a look’. Andrew spent 10 minutes resetting the unit and giving my wife super helpful tips and pointers WITHOUT charging her. This type of service, completed in a warm, simple English way, is exceptional. Can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them as the 1st choice in all things car stereo.

The team are good and really seem to know their stuff. I've been a customer since the late 90s. I was a little disappointed that my last appointment wasn't recorded. At all. Nobody knew what I was having done etc. Even though I made a phone booking and quote, I also made a follow-up phone call to check the booking... I noticed they were working in a handwritten diary which is pretty novel for a technology company? Sometimes being around for 30 years has it down side.

The place is remote, and has no place to wait for the work to be completed on site costing me two unbudgeted Uber rides . They have sign in the garage entrance demanding the customers don't enter however there is no a paved pathway to the front door, and if you're dropping off a car it seems unnecessarily unwelcoming park on the street have a chat for sales staff, then take the car in. I ignored the signage and the salespeople didn't seem too happy... of course I don't care I'm the customer and they stuffed up my service from beginning to end. The installation was good though. They should think about making the site more welcoming.

I had a Kenwood 10.1in DMX9720XDS installed in my Toyota Tundra. The service, installation and expertise given to me by Drew and the team is first class, I got all the features from the radio and a lot of features the car itself that the Kenwood system could access. Highly recommend company, thanks again Drew

Today my 2013 Honda Civic had the factory solution replaced with a Kenwood Android Auto/Apple solution. The solution was fantastic and the advice and communication from the staff were top notch. I love how it turned out and I will use this company again.

I have been chasing Drew for years to get a solution for my car after what was installed by Drivesound has never properly worked. I have paid in excess of $5000 for a number of things in my car and unfortunatley nothing works. The car was also fit with a 10k sound system by the previous owner, with subs that dont work and despite chasing them via call, emails, a 1000 times, they continue to ignore. Drew on emails had also promosed a refund, promised that he will find an alternative solution, promised that he will pay for a detail of my car given the mess made, but unfortunatley none of these promises were ever honoured. Yes these guys are busy, but the after service is pathetic and completely unprofessional. Have the respect to call a client back especially when you have conned them by taking their money! Have copies of emails and interactions to show just how unprofessional things have been. Extremely disappointed.

The team did an excellent job upgrading my Subaru XV 2013 to an apple/android play display. Long install wait so get an appointment early.
