I am so grateful to Henry at Get Connected IT. He has assisted me in the purchase and set up of my business computer hard drive and software packages.
He has been a lifesaver in sorting out any questions I have and remotely accessing my computer to help me when my computer skills let me down.
I highly recommend the company. The staff are amicable, professional and very knowledgeable.

No complaints from me - happy with what I got. I bought a nice laptop at what I consider to be a fair price. The owner was friendly and helpful - unlike the larger department type chains where you get staff walking past you like your invisible when you are there to buy. Thumbs up.

Henry is always ready to help, with great ideas to fix a problem rather than just replacing a computer - definitely a help on a budget. Thoroughly recommend him & have done so many times so far with positive feedback from those people.

I think Henry is AWESOME...I have got about 4 laptops and a printer. His after sales service is excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble for him....I have had home repair visits and can't say enough about his friendly helpful service. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Had an issue with my screen. Get Connected tried to source a new 1, they couldn't but had an old PC that was interchangeable.
I got my old one back and everything is great. Henry & his team were great.

Their keeping my son's money and the product. They sold me a PC for my son saying it would play Minecraft. We got it home and it wouldn't turn on. We brought it back and a ram stick had fallen out somehow. Take it back and try again just for it to be to weak to run Minecraft. I bring it back again and I get told to upgrade it. I asked for a refund instead and they've had the PC since Thursday - it's now Wednesday and they haven't refunded my son's money. At this point their stealing from my 13 year old son and they've completely ruined his first experience of buying his own pc. To say I'm not impressed is an understatement. I'll be escalating the situation. So you have time to comment but you don't have time to process the refund. If its not done by 4pm today I'll be calling the obudsmen. You've got the time to be on the internet but you still haven't processed the refund. Absolutely appalling! Do you berade all your customers

Dropped a computer off, they had it for over 2 months and I ended up taking it back as it still was not going to be repaired in a decent timeframe. Once i had it home and took it elsewhere, they repaired it and had it back to me within 2 days. No communication from them whatsoever and I was always chasing them for contact. Also charged diagnostic fee of $45 which in other repair shops they do not charge for diagnosing this fee. Please look around and do not use this company.

Henry is fantastic at fixing any computer issues we have. He goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and he does it all with a smile on his face and a happy disposition.
