Todds Hi-Fi

Just had a follow up visit from Bradd. Excellent service and real customer care in getting my tv and sound bar set up. So much better than other “named” electrical goods providers. Definitely will be returning to Todds. Just brilliant.

Poor sales service in their pricing guarantee. States clearly about price matches and over the phone state they have stock available. As soon as the topic of price matching is raised they backtrack and make excuses for not doing so.
I have been involved in retail and sales service and training for many years and am disappointed with their lack of backbone to stick to what they advertise.
Worst shopping experience, all be it over the phone and e-mail but truly let down by a company I use to think highly of till now. Cameron would be turning in his grave if he knew what service his old company now dishes out.
Most disappointing experience ever.

Bradd has excellent service. There was an issue with an order I had placed and without prompting he was in contact with multiple solutions first thing in the morning. Quick to respond and very reasonable. Would love to deal with him in future.

Speakers sound great better than my Polk Audio and vintage Jensons.
Only complaint is a small hole in the front cover of one speaker. Great price Cheap delivery. Overall a good experience.

Used their website to order a pair of tower speakers. The whole ordering process went very smooth. Could not find a better deal anywhere else. Had some doubts regarding the product I purchased. Customer care was very helpful in clearing them. The best thing about it all is getting notifications at each and every stage of the delivery process and a very short delivery time. Good work guys.

We keep going back to Todd's because the experience of purchasing equipment over the many years, especially the last few years has been pleasant, profitable and effective. We've never been rushed, always informative and they have been helpful. We like to shop during the week when things are quietest. Great looking shop as well. Easily beats other retailers of hi fi.
