MSR Collision Centre - Mansfield

Worst repair jobs and no quality controll. It took 5 weeks to completed but Aircon not repaired but cahrged for aircon repair. I called back to inform, they asked me to wait 2 weeks just to have a look at aircon. I use my car for business purposes so aircon is must. Calling RACQ to complain and look for other options, as not happy with service provided.
Don't recommend them for any sort of repairs. Do yourself favour and take your business somewhere else.

My insurance sent my car here after we were side swiped, our car was in brand new condition with only 14000km on it, when we got our car back here is a list of issues - paint colour not matched, runs in paint, painted over stone chips, broken clips on trim panels, broken fog light panel in bumper from incorrect fitment, under coat showing though paint, red paint marks in our peacock black paint from hitting it with something, screw driver marks and scratches from removing trim panels, dirt in paint, bumper only half attached, bonnet gaps incorrect, large hole torn in under engine tray (wasn’t there before), car interior stinks of paint (still smelt brand new before), whole car covered in scratches from a dirty drying cloth/chamois, polishing swirl marks in panels they weren’t meant to have touched (assume they hit the car with something and tried to hide it). I severely recommend avoid this place at all cost, they will damage you car. We are currently seeking legal advice for the damage done. Have now been without our car for 3 cars while “repairs” were attempted, and 2 more weeks waiting for our insurance company to get our car repaired correctly.

Stay away from this people as so rude reception girl sky & sam just walked off when I find out doesn’t fix properly their fault & didn’t took photos correctly in inspection time.

Yes they waiting 1 part but they called & said car is been fix but not as still missing parts what need to fix. Pickup time I asked Sam it’s not fix & missing parts said ok I go to workshop & fix it but he didn’t go & parked car in the front then said I didn’t know till now missing parts it meant to come on Monday then why did you said come & pickup your car.

They are the expert so they should know their job & if Customers can find out they didn’t fix it then you know they missing out on quality & what they not fixing

Pls take as much as photos of your car on same day of inspection as they will not accept there mistake or not even apologise from staff

Found Another faulty work. Still have they haven’t contact about review or any apology from them. Still waiting to receive call from them
To fix rest of rear bumper screws.

Very happy with the service provided by MSR, all staff were polite and gave me constant updates. Unfortunately my car was delayed but I was extremely happy that MSR rented me a car as I had planned a special trip away before my daughter started year 12 subjects this week. They were very understanding about how special this weekend was and we really needed a car for our road trip. When I did pick up my car the staff took the time to show me the repairs and explained what they did. Looks like new, very happy with the repairs and the staff members were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Would definitely use them again.

I used MSR Mansfield for an insurance job. Every part they fixed or replaced needed to be done again. The staff were friendly, but the quality of the work was terrible. The repairers have zero care for your car and the respect shown on the repair and the condition the car was returned to me each time was appalling. In the end the car had to go there 4 times in total for a very minor accident. I would not use them or recommend them at all!

My car was here for rear bumper replacement for a small dent. On the day it was supposed to be ready (2 weeks after drop off) I called and was told it’d be several more days. I queried why I couldn’t have kept the car until they had time available to repair it as the car was driveable and would have saved me having to arrange a hire car. They then called back and advised me the same afternoon that suddenly
It was ready. It was only when I got home did I discover a cracked headlight casing and a fault with the number plate lighting. At the time I couldn’t be bothered having to deal with them again so left it, but have now had to fix both of these problems prior to sale and so it’s annoyed me enough to write a review. 100% worth your time to get quotes elsewhere approved by RACQ.

I had to get my car fixed a few weeks back through RACQ. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but I'm glad I got it fixed here. The front bumper needed fixing which they took about a week to repair. They did keep me updated on the progress for the most part and I was able to buy a new front grill for my Suzuki as mine had fallen out previously.
Only thing is be careful when parking as one of the signs in car park (see attached photo) blew my mum's tire when she parked.
All in all it is a good place to get a car fixed.
