Brisbane Collision Centre

I've had my vehicle repaired twice with Brisbane Collision Centre, and both times my expectations have been exceeded. Fully informed throughout the repair process. Excellent quality repairs done both times. They even picked up on something that was missed during the initial repair, communicated the issue promptly and had everything resolved very quickly. Both times I've picked the car up it has been cleaned and prepared in A+ condition. Being a factory pearl paint, it can be very difficult to match new paint correctly. Never an issue for BCC. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

I've had two insurance jobs done here, both were excellent with a quick turn around. Highly recommend for that.

I haven't given five stars because I asked for some extra work to be done to repair a scratch on my roof while they had they car and was told it would be easy and wouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars. They didn't get around to doing it so I asked again for a quote when I picked up the car and it came back to be a lot more than they had originally indicated which has put me off spending my own money here.

Do yourself a favour and use someone else.
I got rear ended and BCC claimed to have 'repaired' my Ford.
Had to take it a back another 2 times and it's still not right. I now have to get someone else to fix it properly.
Will never use or recommend BCC.

Avoid at all cost went through hell and car not only wasn't fixed but was returned in a shambles absolutely filthy. Whinge about insurance companies ripping them off then don't do the repairs anyway.

Absolutely fantastic quality, service and communication. Recently had my Landcruiser rear ended, BCC were the recommend repairer by my insurance company. They performed absolutely fantastic work in the time they had quoted it to be done. I was kept up to date with progress of the repairs and the finished product was spot on. Cheers guys, will be back.

Great service, lovely staff. Kept me up to date and informed. When I picked up my car, a staff member talked me through the repairs. My car looked beautiful, they had even washed and cleaned the inside and outside of the car. 100% recommend.

... My truck was inspected and a complete comprehensive insurance inspection was done and it was completed quite quickly..

This damage was said to cost $5100 to repair

The day I was there it was pouring rain and the guy was still happy to come and inspect vehicle.. I was impressed

If you like your car don't let them touch it. Damaged my car and did 2nd rate work.

Poor service, low quality work and the manager will deny liability for damage done to your car by his staff.

Found bolt missing from body panel and drivers door not adequately installed (bolts loose, dangerous), 3rd party parts used for repair (repair should have been new oem parts only). The air noises in the cabin increased after the repair making a new car sound like it had old seals this is probably due to the door not being fitted properly.

If you want paint that chips off in a light breeze, missing bolts, holograms polished into panels that where not damaged at all (on the opposite side of the car to the accident), your car covered in spiderweb scratches, incorrectly installed trim, panels and doors for increased cabin noise and wind. Your wheels damaged (and denied by the manager without even looking at the damage) and enjoy waiting for over an hour to pick up your car at their allocated collection time then this is the repair centre for you.

Just don't do it. Positive reviews must be from people that don't know or care about quality auto body repairs.
