We travel from Toowoomba to have our 3 cars serviced by Carson and his team as the service is fantastic, great care is taken with our vehicles. Always happy to service while we wait, always pleased with the results and price. We feel attention to detail is always first class and that our cars have been looked after with great care and not just a number. The cars are always serviced to the highest standard. The whole team are very polite and friendly. Well worth the trip for peace of mind.

Carson and his team are exceptional. Carson has looked after me for 5+ years. He even once picked my Partner and kids up from the side of Ipswich motorway when my car broke down. He also organized the Tow.

Personally I would never go to anyone else, a previous suggestion that Carson would make any person push their car out of his work shop is simply untrue, in my opinion. The customer service standard, the pricing and the passion is what makes this shop the best.

I got told by the manager that I would be given a quote for parts and labour about 2 hours later I get a phone call from manager saying that my car was ready no quote just a bill of over 1000 I’m pretty sure that this is against the law not happy i would have liked the choice to have gone through with the job or wait till I could afford it or get other quotes not just a big bill I will be seeking other advice on this matter

The service at Ultimate Auto Care in Karana Downs is fantastic. We recently had a minor breakdown early on a Saturday morning and they got us back on the road very quickly despite being very busy at the time. Servicing costs are better than the dealerships and usually quick turnaround times. Very lucky to have them nearby. Highly recommend.
