I don’t trust this company and wont be returning or recommending .

Car went in for a service and new diff oil , first thing they did was call me up and tell me a heap of things that “needed work “ new tyres , new brakes , other non related works and said it was about $4k , they said the rear brakes where dangerously low and needed to be fixed immediately as they weren’t Safe which I doubted as they had been replaced less than 10,000km ago at last service and had no symptoms of fade or squealing

I told them I didn’t agree with their diagnosis nor did I have the funds to replace everything listed even if it was true. At this stage they got very aggressive and unpleasant to deal with . The service plus diff oil was just short of $800 which is ridiculous for oil change , diff oil change , and a couple filters

The icing in the cake the car just went for a service 10,000km more than when it left this shop and I got this company to inspect/ replace rear brakes as can be seen from the photos the brake pads that were removed that were apparently “unsafe” had less than 1mm wear from new shoes and current mechanic said still good for 30,000+ kms but as he had it pulled apart I had pads replaced anyway

Aggressive sales tactics , inaccurate information to make more sales I don’t trust this company at all

Just received my second service with cooparoo mechanics on my Mk7 Golf R wolfie wagon. From the moment you walk through the front door your greeted with knowledgeable and fantastic customer service! The team are second to none when it comes to specialising in the European field of cars and with that they are true honest mechanics not trying to make a buck out of you but wanting the best for the car in what it needs done. In the end it all comes down to experience and how you are treated as a customer and cooparoo mechanics have both areas covered.

So I highly recommend cooparoo mechanics for your European mechanical needs and desires.

Despite living on the opposite side of the city and my work schedule being a bit tricky it was extremely easy to work out a time to drop off and pick up my car. Very well organized and a very good experience taking my car here for repairs.

These guys give off a professional and caring vibe from the first phone call. I’m super particular about my car, and picked CM carefully because of their and Igor’s reputation with Audis.

Everything went perfectly, and Igor could clearly tell what sort of car owner I am. Igor also did an end of warranty check over on my car before it officially goes out of Audi warranty. He was also cheaper than Audi dealer prices, which was a nice surprise!

Do your own research about Audi mechanics in brisbane, but no doubt you’ll end up at CM as well!

Igor went above and beyond to look after the Megane and the issues that popped up during general servicing. A lot of mechancs would have thrown their hands up or charged a fortune for the repair but the guys came to a solution in a timely, cost effective and productive manner. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks guys!

Igor and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Igor told me exactly what he recommended for my Golf R and his attention to detail and transparency was fantastic (noticing something that had been missed by other mechanics in previous services).

They had my service finished quickly, to a high standard and at a great price. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.
