Chipmunks Playland & Cafe

Excellent place for birthday parties. Very nice indoor playground. My daughter had her 6th birthday party here on the 25th of July and was very very happy with the great service and price. All Staff were brilliant and professional especially to Angie for all her help and support in making my daughter’s day special. The team really looked after us. Fantastic facility, great entertainment for little ones and the kids enjoyed the day. 5 star goes to Chipmunks Everton Park. Highly recommended.

So disappointed with this place. I phoned up yesterday and asked if it would be ok it we come in today for my son's birthday with five friends, and bring a cake. The staff member on the phone said that's no problem. We showed up today with all my son's little friends and were told we can't come in with the cake, even though they said yes yesterday. They then said we will need to pay a $50 cleaning fee, which I was not mentioned at all the previous day on the phone. We were also made to feel very unwelcome and like we were in the wrong, so we decided to go elsewhere. Not good enough!

Great place to bring little ones and wear them out for the day or just a few hours even.
For $10 entry is a bargain, the kids love coming here and playing non stop

Just had a birthday party there. Wish i could give 10 stars, absolutely beyond expectations. SO lovely, so professional. I will recommend to everyone. Everything was done for me. The children had the best time place was so clean . The food generous and EXCELLENT. We are so happy. Thankyou so much the staff were the best. I would be so happy and proud if this was my bussiness and staff. Thankyou again!

Visited Chipmunks yesterday and absolutely had a blast especially the kids, very cheap prices and great food. But was very disappointed in some customers who were very self-centred and showed no cares to the policy of chipmunks especially with no outside food as parents and kids have allergies especially to nuts. Also not following clear and simple instructions such as wearing socks and no food or drinks in the play land. I appreciate all the staff for there hard work and having to repeatedly tell customers to follow simple instructions as it made it harder for them to do there jobs especially as it was very busy.

As you can see from the reviews going down hill the place is definitely not what it once was. Better places to go include tiddlywinks, jungle adventure play, urban extreme. All of these places don't have to gauge you with $4 bottles of water either, they offer chilled water bubblers and a better menu that caters for parents bunking down for a full day's play.

Ordered 2 cones of hot chips here, waited 30 minutes only to be summoned to the front counter to find out my chips had not been made as of yet. Having to wait another 15 just to give my hungry child something to eat at the least.

The positives;
Colorful playground with lots of obstacles/slides to play with
Plenty of seating.

Disappointing service.
