Station Road Cafe

Have been a daily/weekly customer for the best part of a year. Is THE perfect cafe/lunch spot. Big serves, small prices and best food joint within walking distance of y'pilly station hands down

Had the chicken burger meal, comes with chips n drink.
Burger & chips tasted great.
Massive peice of chicken.
The place has character, esp with the old train carriage!

Always good food,
You just have to be a bit mindful about change received when paying with cash.
You will be told you didn't pay enough if your amount is spot on & if you hand over more than the cost you will probably receive a dollar or 2 short back in charge.

I've been coming to this place weekly for a bit of lunch and coffee for about a year now and, even though there are closer cafes in the area that offer similar stuff, I'll keep specifically coming back here. Jan serves some of most consistently good cups of coffee in Brisbane. She's also personable and knows locals by their name and usual order. The food's simple, but good and affordable. Surprisingly, even thought it's near a train line and in an industrial area, it's also quite a nice little place to have a sit down as well. Good stuff!
