Petrol is charged too much in general but when you state 98 is $139.7 and it actually is $1.40 that's talking the mickey. Just put $1.40 I can put up with expensive honesty. Secondly when I pointed that out to the lady behind the counter she didn't like the feedback..could of taken away her tips maybe

All I can say is Ella! You are fantastic! On the many occasions I have visited you have always gone out of your way to ensure not only myself, but every customer has an enjoyable and rewarding experience which give them a reason to return! Unlike another specific employee who is quite unpleasant, unprofessional and rude every time I visit, Ella gives me a reason to want to talk to your staff! She is an absolute asset the the 7/11 team and I honestly would rate more stars if I could. I hope whoever reads that gives Ella the reward or bonus she deserves! I just refueled at the Keperra store. I was served by Monika. She went out of her way to help me with the app and saved me $10 on my fuel. She is a credit to 7-eleven and to her community.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt I needed to in this instance. Ella, of the 7-11 at Keperra went out of her way to be so kind and so lovely and I just wanted to say thank you again. On the night of an extreme weather event with extensive flooding around SEQ, and all restaurants closed, Ella went and put extra food in the hot box for us so my daughter could enjoy some yummy treats on her birthday. She had a shop full of people, but went out of her way to fulfil our ‘order’, all with a big smile on her face. Not only did you give us exceptional customer service, but what a beautiful, genuine kind person you are too. Thank you Ella. The world should be filled with more people as lovely as you.

The lady at the counter, was rude and in a very bad mood, I don’t usually complain about services but this is not the first time that this happen.

Quick and easy place to stop for fuel. Otherwise like every other 7-Eleven in the country has the usual assortment of fast food, confectionery and various geegaws you don't need.
