We paid over $40,000 for a Tile to Colorbond roof, to just be stuffed around every step of the way and still be delivered a sub par product.

WE had to do so much work with this job. Everything was very unprofessional and we got thrown out a lot. The communication was terrible and planning was shocking. We found copious amounts of cigarette butts around the house during the works. We spent 5 days without hot water because the roofer didn't show up when they said they would.

4 holes in the ceiling. They have been fixed but was a hassle to organise and kept getting pushed back and rescheduled. Ended up having to replace 90% of the roof with a different roofer (Provided by MHI) due to the horrible workmanship.

Sorry to write this bad review but it needed to be done otherwise things won't change for the next person.

Very prompt and reliable service, roof looks amazing. Mid range price for a re-roof according to the quotes I received but Elton impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. Some of the people I had to quote, I didn’t get a good feeling about.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. I have worked in the trade industry most of my life and have not come across a company as professional and customer oriented as the team at My Home Improvement's. We had our old asbestos roof removed and replaced with color bond by these guys and the craftsmanship and customer service was absolutely spot on. The managing director personally called us once the job was done to make sure we were totally happy with everything before we paid the invoice. I dont think I have received this kind of positive service by any company. I would absolutely recommend these guy's 100%

There was a long wait from accepting the quote until work began but I was made aware of this from the start because of floods, Covid, supply shortages so the company was up front about this. After a couple of false starts the entire roof has now had all rusting tile clips replaced with modern ones, all damaged tiles replaced, the entire roof cleaned then sealed and painted. The result is astonishing. My forty year old house looks new again.
Roofer James and his mate were very friendly, hard working and did a very professional job. Did the entire roof in two days of non-stop work including through cleaning of roof gutters. All work fully guaranteed. My family were amazed at the transformation. Thanks to Greg Catton and his team and for the follow-up after completion of work.

Great operator, found them to be well priced, professional and prompt in all dealings. Had an asbestos roof replaced due to storm damage with a new colourbond roof, they had a slight issue in communications between the tenant and property manager causing access issues but was no fault of theirs. Credit to them they managed to still work around these difficulties and get a quality job done in an amazing time frame considering all the challenges the job presented. Thanks again MHI, will happily recommend and use you guys again. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up from me.

My new roof looks amazing! Elton assisted with providing a quote and gave me confidence with his knowledge. He even got me up the ladder so he could show the problem areas on the roof which was very educational. It took a few months from acceptance of the quote to installation but Chloe the project manager kept me regularly informed of changes to dates (due to weather!). Chloe was so helpful and her communication and professionalism in managing my roof replacement was exceptional. Saxon and his team were fantastic. I found the whole team to be very respectful of my property and they were all friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I had a leak about a week after the installation and Saxon came back out very quickly to fix it up which I very much appreciated. The whole team made this a very good experience and I highly recommend MHI. I am very happy with the end result.

My home improvements recently carried out a roof inspection and roof restoration on our tiled roof. From the first inspection and quote to the restoration and final inspection, everyone involved has been professional, friendly and great to deal with. The final result of the restoration is fabulous and great quality. Would recommend and use again! Thanks Greg, Wayne and team!

These guys did exactly what they say they would and more.
Elton provided the quote (both roof and solars), Chloe was in charge of all the communication, Michelle handled all the invoices, and of course the roofers, the prep crew, and the cleaners. Everyone did an amazing job. Highly recommend these guys. Special shout out to Chloe who has exceptional customer service skills.
