Very reasonable price compared to other Indian grocery shops in Brisbane. Groceries are nicely displayed at the shop and very easy to pick what we want. Very genuine couple running the business. But only negative thing is they don’t know how to behave with customers.

The shop is well-stocked and has a good selection of spices. The owners have always been friendly and helpful. There is a comment of them being intolerant to kids: perhaps the fault lies with the parents who can't control their children. The owner has a sign asking parents to keep an eye on their children, and this would have not been necessary if they were well-behaved. After all, he is running a business and not a creche! I have been shopping there for years and Samy has always been good to my children.

I have been going to this store for the last seven years. Honest and straight forward owners. Not only have the owners been friendly and considerate, but also been helpful in times of need. They always ask about my kids when I go to the store without my kids. They have also given me contacts of good local service providers when I was new to this country. If you do what you are not supposed to, they are stern and they have every right to be.

I have been shopping at KKN Spices since 2013.Till date I have never seen any outdated product. The store is very clean, always stocked up with a variety of products to give you an option to shop as per your budget. The isles are marked and numbered well. The owners ( husband and wife) are extremely helpful. They give a proper feedback and idea about the product. There are shopping baskets for your convenience and some seats at the front door.
For those who speak bad and negative about the owners, I would say as customers you need to learn to behave well.Learn your manners, read instructions in the store, do not open products and smell them and put them back on the rack so that someone else gets to buy a contaminated product. Mind your children in the store as there are glass bottles etc which if broken due to customer negligence could just not increase the owners work of cleaning but can also be a hazard to fellow customers. It is easy to point fingers and harp about bad customer service.Put yourselves in the place of the business owner and try and understand the various struggles the owners have to go through to maintain a business and service customers. It is easy to give a false negative review but it is very hard to understand the struggles of a small business owner.

Hi guys, today I went for shopping at this store as I was passing by. I bought an item for $3:75 and told the lady politely that it costs $3:15 at the other shop. Lady at the shop said, " why don't I buy this at the other shop". I replied her back to say that she has given me a very good idea. I'm so sorry to say to you lady that you lost a customer who wanted to spend $40 at your shop today. I miss Sami's shop. Very poor customer service and rude. I think its owners wife, she should understand Customer service better before opening this shop😊

It is a nice clean shop with bigger (South Asian Shops near me are smaller) room for display. Placed right in-between residential area. Location could be an issue if you mind walking a kilometer from bus stop.
