Absolutely Brilliant. Thoroughly tested my eyes and didn't try to kick me out after 15 minutes like another well known discount eye wear shop in Ballarat did due to being busy. Very happy with my experience, the staff were all courteous and polite. Very helpful. The best part of having my eyes tested with Kevin Paisley Fashion Eyewear Ballarat today was not only did I get to choose TWO pairs of glasses but I don't have to pay the FULL cost of the glasses all at once when I go back to collect my new glasses when they are ready for collection. I can pay them off. Being a pensioner this is so helpful and a blessing. I didn't get this service at another well known discount eye wear shop in Ballarat who charged around the same price for glasses as Kevin Paisley Fashion eyewear Ballarat. I'm certainly going to be a return customer. Kevin Paisley Fashion eyewear Ballarat certainly look after their customers. I highly recommend them.

1) Keeping your fingerss off the new lenses of customers eye glasses pleases. I coulded not get my new glasses from your shop clean proper after you are doing this. This not great professional to do this to others new eye glasses. Being careful next time pleases.
2) When customer is saying this lenses is not right for his eyes than it is correcting pleases not using excuses you needing another eye testing on Saturday and than you can do this double dip with medicare this not right you must being accepting you're people who makeing this prescription lenses is at fault for making bad the lenses and not the eyes of this customer is needing testing again and again this bullshit. Is not right.

I had appointment with Dr.Shannon and she is really professional. I feel really comfortable and Kevin Paisley definitely will be my regular optometrist.
