Aztec Screens & Robes

We had five fly screens and a back security door installed this week. As there was a delay due to the time of year they were kind enough to lend us some while ours were made. Great friendly customer service, onsite on time with a great job done. Highly recommended.

It began with a phone call to organise a quote. Unfortunately the lady who answered the phone didnt take a breath or allow me to actually explain to her what we wanted. She spoke over the top of me, banged on about information that I didnt need to know.... In a nut shell it seemed like she liked the sound of her own voice and wasnt the least bit interested in LISTENING... I had to hang up to shut her up... only one star from me because she answered the phone..It was all down hill from then.

From visiting in store and receiving professional, logical and sensible advice from Glenis to a timely measure and quote to very quick timeframe for manufacture and install I was updated the entire way and a seamless experience ensued.
