In my opinion this is the place to go for meat in Ballarat.
This place has the long hung meat, the low budget meat which is still good meat.
It has its own little station where you can get the meat to the grams and sizes you need.

Purchased 3 kg of so called BBQ chops of the 3 kg 1 kg bones 600gms fat all front leg and arm pit chops and 1 bbq chop you don’t get what’s onto of the tray in the window. I feed them to the dog all mutton disgusting quality. I was a butcher for 5 years never seen poorer quality ever. Buyer beware

This year (2020) was my turn for Christmas dinner. I had 12 people to cook for. So I ordered my meat online, communicated with the lovely Ashleigh and was super happy with all the products I received.

Great range, decent prices. Everything looked really good today, but this is the first time I've shopped here. Hopefully it tastes as good as it looks!
