Great service and the staff were happy to help with any questions I had. I definitely recommend considering going here for their product knowledge and positive attitude over the other big phone stores - there's also no 20+ minute wait to be told they can't help you here.

In and out in a flash! That never happens when dealing with a Telstra partner or store, but these people are on the ball, they know their stuff! And had me out and happy in less time that it takes to change a tyre.

We recently purchased a new Smartphone for my wife as her old pushbutton mobile was past its use by date and unable to scan Covid QR codes. It was a low cost Oppo for only $209. Advice given re the purchase was excellent and the phone more than meets her needs. We have purchased our phones from Bettatech for over 20 years and would go nowhere else. At all times their service has been second to none.
