We have had heard a lot about this restaurant leading up to it we were very excited to try modern Thai food and all that was quite tasty but the price in the customer service was unsatisfactory.

I recommend trying the red curry and the spring rolls but the fried fish gave my husband diarrhoea.

We will not be returning unless the standards are lifted.

Wosrt Customer Service i have experienced in a long time . Phone service is appauling. I had contacted consummer affairs about my rude service and they have taken it on board. Shocking for a multi million dollar company !!!!

Just rang to make an inquiry about cordless vacuum cleaners. Apparently they don’t sell them. ???
Maybe the young lady answering the phone could acquire some product awareness. 🤷‍♀️

Took my Hoover vacuum back to Godfrey's, this morning,as it wouldn't close after I replaced the bag. A very friendly, helpful young lady, (named Danni?), assisted me and resolved the issue quickly.
Prior to serving me, I observed her display an equally friendly and helpful manner to other customers, already in the store.
Customer service like this is what brings people back. Thanks.

Buyers beware....Bought a Hoover Eco pet bagless vacuum 3 months ago and started to smell burning rubber. Vacuum stopped working, decided to return the vacuum to the Ballarat store for a refund due to faulty product. Was TOLD that the product would need to be sent for repairs, NO REFUND. Would take about 2 weeks to see if it is repairable. No choices given to me, just....this is how it is. Take your money to kmart and big w where if you have a faulty product, the choice is yours. Refund or replacement.. Buyer beware.

Called up after receiving the wrong filter for my vacuum from an online order. Ballarat didn't stock the item I needed but they found 2 in QLD and had them shipped down for me. The item was discontinued so it wasn't easy sourcing the correct one and they did it promptly to fix the problem. Thanks!

The Manager Sally and her staff would have one of the best customer service in Ballarat, they were absolutely awesome to deal with and couldn't of done anything more to give you a welcoming and pleasant shopping experience.
