Terrible. Wanted two letters of agreement written. Was told I needed something totally different and it would cost 8-9 thousand. When I said I couldn't affrod it, and that wasn't what I wanted, senior Joseph Carbone told me to "suck it up", that it was " too bad" and hung up on me. Extraordinary rudeness. Don't go here.
