Victoria Park

Super spacious and lots of different areas to entertain different age group of kids. Plenty of facilities available (ie toiket/bbq pit and benches). Lots of sails for shades.

Victoria Park.. great walking and different ovals to take your dogs. Great for riding your bike round and round. Safe playground and skates park.. toilets even has an esquerian horse section. It is a park where u can drive round in.. downfall is sometimes some utes and cars go over the speed limit

Great playground. There is a nice range of play equipment including individual little trampolines embedded in the ground. There is a climbing frame amongst other things

Vic Park is probably the best park in all of Ballarat. The park is huge, it would take hours to walk around the park. It has multiple ovals, a huge adventure playground, and a smaller playground. The park is also, dog friendly (everywhere but in the fenced off adventure playground). There are multiple lakes that are stocked with trout, great little fishing spot, also great for the dogs to cool off and for the kids to feed the ducks. There is now a pump track installed for bikes, skateboards and scotters etc, and also there is a new free to play, public 18 hole Frisbee golf course. There are multiple walking tacks throughout the park. There are also 2 war time cannons installed in the park. Great day out for the whole family.

Beautiful walk today amongst the Pine Trees. Really lovely. Great track for walking 🐕 dogs, family etc.

Absolutely an amazing park. Your can literally spend all day here. Very well fenced, great for picnic, plenty of shade, clean toilets. It also had couple of sand area for kids to play. There was also a very water 💦 playing area but it was closed. It would be great if they displayed the opening times for the water area. Plenty of parking available outside and close to the playground.

Plenty of space for the dogs to run without getting in the way of others but also lots of opportunity for them to meet other dogs and play without boundary fences to move through.

Their favourite area is by the big pond and walking trails between the trees and this time of year seeing the ducklings was super sweet.
A few bench seats or picnic tables would be nice dotted through the paddocks but otherwise a lovely place all year round.

Great place for family fun! It is a big place with lots of things for kids to do and it is enclosed.
There is a water play area but it was off when we were there.
