Buses in the afternoon and evening are always running 10-15 minutes late. Tonight it was 20 minutes late. I wouldn't even give this new service you one star.

This is a very reliable bus service. For my job I need to catch each and everyone of the Ballarat routes from the No: 10 right through to the No: 30. In over 6 months there has never been a cancelled service and they generally run on time or a few mins late. (You want your bus running a few mins late, if anything, but never early). The busses are always very clean and most importantly I would say most drivers are very courteous and customer service focussed. It’s a shame that more of the Ballarat public don’t use the service. Currently I believe only about 1% use it. Good job CDC, keep up the good work!

Don't deserve any stars...mt pleasant line 1:07 never showed-2:07 Did and the cobden st stop is obscured by a large shrub so they can't see you- also No stops between the gym or further to cobden st, massive walk yet opposite side has 3 stops in the same distance- Ballarat council is bad enough but lazy driver on the mt pleasant route today 1:07 specifically, I'm calling it in and hope they put you on probation and give you a watch dickhead😠

I'm on bus B,171, and the driver was outstanding, her driving skills were far more advanced than many of her colleagues. Very polite presented well and is a credit to her employer. The ladies name was Derryl. Poor girl.

At approximately 6:40pm, someone in a white hatchback CDC-marked company vehicle on Doveton Street N, started to tail-gate me extremely close and flash their highbeams, for no apparent reason. Either these company cars don't have dashcams or CDC doesn't care about their employees conduct whilst driving their vehicles. Needlessly DANGEROUS behaviour.

Buses are very rarely on time, multiple times when i get the bus, the driver will sit at the bus stop for a few minutes after the scheduled time, or stop at stops they don’t need to just to sit there for a few minutes, drivers are constantly rude and some aren’t even wearing face coverings which are mandatory
