PBSA POS

We're a small retailer in the cultural sector. We've been with PBSA (physical shop and ecommerce) for 6 years and are very happy with them. Their tech support is consistently great and I'd recommend them to any retailer large or small.

support is amazing, i have been caught out a few times on the weekend where a MS office update knocks everything out of wack and the team have talked me through the fix ASAP.

if you want the support of professional software engineers please be prepared to pay. I am sure having the best in the business comes at a cost. and the support costs are reasonable.

We have just clicked over 12 months with PBSA at our Garden Centre. We utilise it in our nursery, gift shop and landscape supplies business. Before choosing PBSA we visited a number of other businesses that also had good experiences with PBSA.
We have found once we were comfortable with the software we found it easily to adapt it to our businesses. We have also enjoyed the fact we can communicate directly with their team and not a call centre. We highly recommend PBSA.
