Took home wireless hotspot to see if we could get T-Mobile service at our home, we could not. But hey, all good "you can just bring it back". So we did, and we were charged a $40 restocking fee that was not mentioned. But hey, all good, at least we know. Then 3 weeks later get a $115 bill along with a statement saying our T-mobile service is suspended for non-payment. Calling the toll free number is a 45 minute wait. The store in Lewisburg, WV doesn't answer their phone. It is no longer "all good", but a time and money wasting exercise.

These guys are awful! They never answer their store phone. The wait time for in-person service is easily over an hour. There is an obvious total lack of management in this store!!!

I Am Not sure which way to go at this point!
I have never cared for T Mobile 📱 service For many years now.
But since t Mobile took over and swallowed up!! Sprint I don't see that we the consumers have a whole lot of choice here. I am reserving my opinions about T Mobile and there services for the time being. We will see how this take over and sell out works out for the consumers.

The people here don’t know what they’re doing. The manager has no customer service skills .They put my wife’s screen protector on upside down. When sprint had this company it was much better. Their service sucks. Don’t waste your money or time. Go with AT&T or Verizon.

The customer service at T-mobile was excellent! They did their best to help me out and my family was ready to be all in. The only reason for the 4 star review is because where we are located, there is zero signal. They even let us take a hotspot home to try before making the switch. We were sad it didn't work. Please put up a tower out our way soon. We need reliable service desperately. Both of my parents are older and we need to be able to reach out in case of an emergency. I also need (real) wifi for my business. Satellite doesn't cut it with weather, mountains, data limitations and cost, it just isn't feasible.
