Trash not picked up when supposed to, when I call it’s a constant busy signal, I email, no response and tried live chat, still no answer. They keep raising their rates but the service continues to get worse!!!! Funny how they have no problem taking my automatic payment every month! We need another trash service in this town so all the unhappy customers can drop them!! Pictures showing trash not picked up on our pick up date, something tearing it out all day finally had to just bring it back to house so now I have 2 weeks worth of trash but they have a bag limit. 🙄🙄

We just signed up for their services paid 138 to start services & 111$ a month after that. We was told they were behind on sending out their trash cans they want us to use that they use to pick up in so just put the bags out front & until it can be delivered they will pick it up. I have a months worth of trash from moving in plus the holiday. I wake up this morning to all of my trash still sitting curb side. Mind you to get their services I sat on hold 2x for over 1.5 hours to talk to someone. They only give you one trash can to use if you have any extra trash you have to email them each time for them to pick it up if it will not be placed in the trash can they provide. It’s a hassle. Save yourself the headache. I’m calling today & getting a refund & going through another company. Not worth the stress.

UPDATE: They have skipped my trash yet again. They picked up my neighbor’s on the street that intersects with my street but not mine (which was about a school bus length away and clearly visible). How can they just not care about their customers this much?

Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not pick up or respond if you have an issue with billing but will continue sending collection notices to avoid answering your questions. Cannot recommend them for actual service either. They skipped my house multiple times so I don’t even know what I’m paying for at this point. Pick a different waste management company.

Waiting to talk to a service representative for almost an hour. Trash was not picked up in my community last week. I was directed to "live chat" on their website to bypass the phone wait. No one responded to the "live chat." I was waiting there for 15 minutes. I finally spoke to a service representative who explained the problem. She was helpful to talk to. Too many drivers out with the flu. So why was this not posted somewhere on their website where they direct customers to go? This is not the first time I have waited a long time just to reach someone. I notice the website makes it very easy to pay a bill. Getting accurate information and the ability to talk to someone...not so much.

If I could give this company ZERO stars or negative stars, I would. This is disgusting and ridiculous. We have been waiting on our trash to be picked up for two freaking weeks now! Still have our trash here from Christmas! Keep putting us off. Giving excuses. Meanwhile our whole street looks like a Landfill because of these people. Worst company ever. Switching to a private company this week.

I’m not sure what happened- we had used them for years but the past few months they don’t pick up more than they do. We are a family of six and simply cannot go weeks with no pickup. I called to see what bill credits they were giving, since they are not performing the service I signed up for, and they were offering none. I can appreciate things happen, but they know how terrible their service is right now and they should right that wrong. We’ve since cancelled and have took our business elsewhere…where they are completing the service I pay them for every week.

Based on the other comments, I see I'm not alone on this. My trash has not been picked up for 3 weeks, this is ridiculous. I understand there was a small ice storm the first week, but every other week? Their voice message says "there are no delays for the holidays". I have heard it about 200 times, since, I've been on hold for 25 minutes. I think it's time to find a new trash company.

Have not had trash picked up on multiple occasions even though I’m on automatic billing. They keep raising rates and have poor customer service skills. Have been putting of switching to Panhandle Dumpsters because they do not offer recycling service. Come to find out they don’t offer recycling service because the recycling facilities are owned by Apple valley! Apple valley has a monopoly on this area and thinks they can do whatever they like because of it.
