Kroger

The store manager over the store is so kind and always there working with his employees on the sale floor, he always making sure everyone has everything stock. The coursety desk is awesome the cashiers are very kind and helpful. They always make my shopping experience great were I would and have told people about the great experience I always have at our Kroger's in Buckhannon WV

Kroger is the grocery store I visit probably 3 times a week. I buy lots of fresh produce and I like their meats. In many cases I buy Kroger brands which are good quality and usually less than name brands. The Kroger app offers coupons on items I actually use, based, I believe, on my buying history. The employees are friendly, and are available and willing to answer questions or help find something.

The only complaints I have are related to the size store and therefore limited selection compared to larger Kroger stores. Fresh fish is sometimes available, but not always, and you can't count on a particular type. They do have a wider variety of healthy, organic, and international items than other local stores.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait 20 minutes at the service desk just to get an application for a Kroger card. Thee Assistant Manager was bagging groceries and looked at me several times standing at the service desk and NEVER asked if she could help me. The cashier that was working customer service had no one helping bag groceries for her to help her get back to the service desk. There were a lot of employees just standing around doing nothing.

You can get some good deals with your Kroger card! I don’t deal with staff too much considering I always use self checkout, but when I have they’ve been friendly. :)

Very friendly staff. I had called to inquire after kitchen item and wasn’t sure what department to call so I called the produce section. The man was very dedicated and helpful, going above and beyond to answer my question!

Seems like they only stock once a day. Many items missing from shelves

Prices a bit high but mostly good quality products.

A smaller Kroger. They offer curbside and that went pretty smooth. I also went into the store, staff wasn't the friendliest. Prices were pretty good. Produce was bad, which is unusual for Kroger.
