I purchased a ceramic heater from Family Dollar and used it twice for a total of 10-15 minutes and it quit working. I took it back to echange it. I did not have my receipt but thr box had a family dollar logo printed on the box. I was told that I could not do an exchange without a receipt. I bought a few other items while i was there. As soon as I got home I took a piece of wall art out of it's box to discover that the frame was broken. I took the wall art and receipt back to exchange it within 15 minutes of the purchase. The exact same cashier told me that I didnt need the receipt for an exchange. The woman is either an idiot or just a person who does't like people.

This family dollar out on Rt#47 in Davisville is so clean compared to the rest of them. It's a nice store.
