Mountaineer Food Bank

Time to share and care for our neighbors. Enough to carry over into the year when there is no holiday to cause people to wake up just for that holiday. I wish I could give more. Sure makes me feel good to give to my neighbors. We are here short time so we don't get to know people but in checking this group out we found we could feel safe giving to Mountaineer.

Out of respect the way I'm driving my truck I can say this: Truckers seem to be not needed for this " business". It's like a slow motion movie. That's where David Lynch takes his characters from. But people are nice. Management....

We would have given it 5 stars. The people were very friendly if the place had just not been on top of a mountain lol

Decent place for a delivery. I was a work in and they got me in a dock and unloaded within 2 hrs. The hill to access is quite steep. I recommend initially going past the turn up the hill, going down the street, turning around and coming back. There a few places to easily turn around for this. No overnight parking, lounge or restroom access.

Tried to call and ask about getting signed up left a message and no return call

Turned away people from Ohio... literally just feet away from the border...I work at the business they were set up at..and turned me , my elderly mom and step dad..who are in need of assistance...
