This has been part of my greatest journey in self care. The staff is amazing and I could not be more pleased with my Botox results. Not ashamed to say it - I’m turning 46 soon and needed a confidence boost. I see why my appointment was cancelled I wasn't the right color or gender why would I need to be massaged and relax for??? This place is a joke!!!!

Absolutely love Dr. Stanley and his staff!!! His wife Susan runs the office like a PRO!! Best Botox and filers without bruising. Highly recommend this Med spa!! You can even book a party for discounts. What are u waiting for??

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they were able to get me in quickly. Every time I was there I felt rushed in and out. I saw the same person every time that I was there (3 times). The only reason that I went back that many times was because I had follow-up appointments for the procedure I had done. I had CoolSculpting done on my double chin. While I didn't expect to see massive results, I did not expect to NOT see ANY. The before and after pictures that were shown to me in the office showed very very little difference. (which by the way: at my four week checkup she acted super weird about showing me my pictures and told me that they don't normally show people pictures at that point. But after I complained that I had paid $1,200 to have their procedure done and I should be able to see the picture she finally showed me.)

After my procedure she told me that her computers were not working and she would have to call me to schedule my follow-up appointment. After a week of not hearing from her I had to call myself to schedule the appointment. She did the same thing after my first follow-up appointment however she did call me later in the afternoon to schedule the appointment.

After looking at me for a total of 2 minutes at my initial appointment, she told me that I would definitely only need one procedure and that I would definitely see results. I understand that covid was still a thing whenever I was there (spring 2021) however she did not even get within 3 ft of me to look up close at me. She did not touch the area under my chin or anything of the sort. It wasn't until my final appointment that she told me that I should probably go ahead and have a second procedure done. I fully understand that many people do need a second procedure which is why I talk to her about it at the initial appointment. I feel like they should be more upfront and honest with people instead of giving them their certainty that one procedure will work.

I definitely feel like I wasted my money. If I were to have the choice to do this again I would 100% not do it. I would consider going somewhere else, but never back to this place. I feel like I was very naive and trusting them as this is my first procedure ever having done in this manner.

I obviously cannot speak to their other services as I've only had the one CoolSculpting procedure done. But based on the customer service that I received, that would be enough for me to not return.
