Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I am normally a very patient person and understand retail/customer service and how difficult it can be. But...At this point my patience has flown out the window, this company is a complete joke!!!! My 85-year-old dad has now been without a refrigerator for two months because of Sears, they keep canceling our appointments for unexplained reasons and we don’t find out until the day of his appointment when they don’t show up.
Today I talked to a representative that said that she could not help me except for to give me an appointment on August 16 which is another month. That would mean he would be going without a refrigerator for three months. I called main headquarters and he said there’s absolutely nothing he can do, that I would need to find somebody else. I was a palled, I could not believe that was his answer. If this is how this company deals with difficult situations that they created, I will not ever shop there again. I will not use their services and I will not recommend anybody else to use their services. They really need to get their act together. They need to focus on customer service. This is an 85-year-old man, and the two people I spoke to today could care less, that tells me a lot about their company😔😡
