My husband and I had been searching for the perfect retirement home for the past few years. We would always call Jill Allman at Greenbrier Real Estate Service to get us the information we wanted or needed. She never hesitated, and had us the information usually the same day. Jill always made the time to accommodate our schedules for showings due to us living out of state. Jill and Greg go above and beyond in every aspect of buying a home. Approximately 3 years later, we have just closed on our home in West Virginia, and I can honestly say it was one of the most easiest processes from start to finish. I know I have other family that I will be sending to them. I would highly recommend Greenbrier Real Estate Service if your in the market for buying or selling your home.

Jill Allman was a terrific agent for us. We contacted her through her website and got an immediate response via email and a phone call the next day (which was appropriate, given that I sent the request at 10 pm). She went out of her way to provide information about the home and community we were interested in before our visit (we were traveling from a different state and time zone). She was very skillful with the language for the offer (and the counter-offer) and made it easy to complete the sale from out of state. She did the final walk-through and took video of things like how to turn the gas fireplace on, etc., which have been really helpful. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
