I viewed a home with my fiance that we were both fond of and we decided to fill out an application for it. We waited weeks for a response, until finally the agent told me that they accepted another application and she just forgot to inform me. However the property is still currently listed (at least a week later) with a higher rent. I asked about another property that was also listed and the agent yet again has yet to respond to my emails and texts. I wish that I didn't have to give them a star at all because they certainly don't deserve any.

Although I cannot attest to the entirety of Touchstone Realty LLC, I can say one of their realtors is utterly incredible! Kirk Waldeck not only found our beautiful home but did so under less than ideal circumstances. Essentially, we transitioned from MI to WV, wherein we were in the process of selling our home in MI while searching for our new home in WV. However, the sale of our home in MI fell through right when we identified a perfect home here in WV. Much to our dismay, we unfortunately had to pass on our home here in WV. I recently found out that Nick. Who was supposed to be representing me in my purchase. After a lower appraisal than we offered then told the seller that my wife and I had money and not to work with the price. My wife and I cashed out our retirement to get a downpayment for the house. I am currently looking for ways to report him for this unethical behavior. Realtors are a scam profession and this is why. Luckily the selling agent was honest and held Nick accountable. Refuse to use him if you can.

We had the please of working with Colin Hayden to buy our first home July 2021. We had a lot of ups and downs with this crazy market but Colin was amazing, persistent and got us into our dream home!
