They are lucky to get even one star, as I have to click it or I can't post my Experiance with them. This is the worst place I've rented from in the last 4 years. I have never had a problem with a landlord until moving to this hell-hole. My apartment caught on fire due to an electrical fire, the staff was "nice" enough to move me into a bed bug infested apartment, and when I decided to leave there they were "kind" enough to try and be-little me, along with telling me I'd have to pay 3 months rent for breaking my lease early....
The lease I broke because I don't feel safe living there..

There front office "lady" is rude as hell and most the maintenance crew is just the same.

They're good actors, they seem nice, and the place looks presentable. so if you do plan on moving here, just hope your not one of the apartments that catches on fire, or frequents bed bugs. Because that's your problem, not there's.

I never had this much trouble until I moved here. Their is no heat in two or more apartments, we have trouble with roaches, and bedbugs. The manager is a fake she lies, she doesn't treat people equal like she says she does. They are smoking pot, drinking alcohol in the apartment complex and inside the apartments.she butts here nose into other people business. I'm still waiting for em to fix my heat, fix my door, and my windows.

Haven't lived here long and I am happy to say I'm leaving this place! I really really wish I could post pictures because I would post pictures of everything STILL wrong in my place (since we moved in practically!) anyway two water leaks one has been going on for 3 days now, the other month in half!

•not to mention the tub has mold ALL AROUND IT (since we moved in!)
•we didn't get the right size blinds for down stairs!
•none of our windows open which means it's hot and not very safe! Which we turned in and didn't get fixed lol!
This place not only has really bad maintenance but the "manager" is really rude and isn't even in the office half of the time!! Not to mention all of the stupid guild lines u have to follow which some they don't even need like ur insurance and stuff the way I look at it's my choice if I have it or not if I get caught it's me getting a ticket not them "but I do have insurance I just think it's not important it's my choice not theirs!" ! I do not recommend anyone living here, it's a joke they seem nice and willing to help, but man that's far from the truth they are lazy/rude ETC, I don't mean to be nasty, but if multi people are complaining something is wrong. I wish I could get a hold of the MAIN PERSON!

Does anyone know the number of who is actually over the place? The main person please?

The flooring was not installed correctly and it cracks when you walk on it, the cabinets are not assembled correctly, the appliances are old, the furnace it's broken and instead of fixed it they just remove it the dishwasher doesn't work and they won't replaced, they have so many rules about keeping everything clean and nothing in the back yard but they kept old appliances and a dumpster full of trash for a long time. I can't just wait for my husband to move out, this is worse apartment complex I have ever lived in..

My family has lived at Laurel Commons for 7 years and the new Property Manager Kathy has made a huge difference within our community. She has added a playground for the community children to play on along with other activities coming up. I recommend Laurel Commons to all the families wanting to make a fresh start in life. The environment is safe, clean and peaceful. I would not want to live anywhere else.

By far the most worst place i have ever lived at. With that being said the apartments look beautiful when you look online. Then you move in and see the mold flooding your bathrooms and washer closest you see water leaks coming from your upstairs bathroom down into your kitchen you call maintance to report any issues your having they just spray paint the mold and do nothing for the leaks I had leak the whole year I live there never once did it get fix properly or the black mold that cause my children to have bad headaches and couldn't breathe right besides that every few months that make up new fines and charge you for things that makes no sense like when you move in there no blinds or curtains then they say you need WHITE blinds or you will be charge 50 a month until you do if your about ur self and your own family this place is not for you that put theree police wannabes in every section to get into your business and of they do not like you they continue to bother you in any way shape and form they are not honest the office is thieves and currently got in trouble with embezzlement I know for first hand when I was way they had went into my apartment with out notice or my permission just went in there I found out from people that live by me and saw videos of it they are liars snakes and lazy as hell when it comes to fixing their building oh yeh they also have bed bugs and roaches in almost every section they have and you may not right ur car up to your door when ur 6 months pregnant because u have heavy furniture to lug out and are by your self because ur husband works otr and they come to scream at you for it but the office crew can ride there bigg 4 wheelers on the grass with a trailer of evictions in it makes no sense they can bust the pipes as they said just as much as my little jeep I would not recommend this place for anyone in this world its not human on how they are

absolutely terrible place to live. called probably 25 times about my the drain to my washer being stopped up, wasted my own money trying to fix it, because they havent came for 2 months, told me theyve been here 4 times but nothing had been touched or moved. then told me i had to be here for them to fix it yet never gave me a time, like i just never leave home. wondering how they "came the other 4 times" if i had to be here??? they also said it was fine those 4 times. worked fine. yet the water POURS into the floor on the drain cycle. Lol. total joke. dont rent here. save yourself

Plants growing in gutters get notes to pick stuff up out of the yard that's not even mine they left sewage pipes they dug up a year ago in my front yard like where's the 675 rent I pay a month going?
