The clerk, I believe her name is Patsy, is always in a foul mood when I go in and she has no idea how the shipping rates work. Every time I have gone in I have had to correct her charges. I will likely travel to a different post office for my future needs.

Most unpleasant postal employees I have ever encountered and always get pink slip in mailbox stating "sorry we missed you" or "attempted delivery", however they have never attempted to make a delivery at my house thereby making me have to drive 10+ miles to pick up packages.
